How can I get my MyMusix PD-6070 mp3 player to turn?

I tried resetting it, pressing the button play / pause, and updating the firmware. It connects to your computer and you can put music and its update. It may be simply because I'm not charging enough, but I doubt if you charge for 15 minutes that did not have at least some power. The MyMusix What comes to play when the press, but then just ignores.

You should take it to where you bought it, and ask what is the problem.
