mp4 player for windows mobile

Windows Media Player..mobile wont play WMV or MP4 video?

I tried to download videos from you tube on to my Tmobie Dash. I went to a site and download it to my computer. When i tranfer the file from my SD card and place it on my phone..it will only play the sound…but not the video image. I have tried it in both MP4 format and WMV…so how do i make it work..OHHH i have also tried downloading the Vtap program and my phone says its not a Windows CE application…so anybody that can help let me know! thanks
I have a MacBook so im operating off Mac OS
i should be able to convert the files right?

i’m not a very techie person, but sometimes when you right click on a file it will say “convert”. from there i guess to can convert it to a certin format. sorry i couldnt be of more help….
