mp3 player ratings

Do you wich MP3 player/software lets you synchronize tag information (like ratings or genre) both ways?

I want to be able to create playlists, change ratings, and possibly change genres or edit other tag information on a player, so when I synchronize it looks for updates on the device as well as updates on my pc software. I own 3 ipods, two dells, and two lyra’s and none of them do it. At least IPOD lets me update ratings on the fly and create playlists, but it doesn’t sync back to the pc.
Thanks so far. Will check out Zune and Sandisk, but I also want something that can hold around 15-30GB, so I can more my entire library to the device, and manage my music both on the device (on the fly) and the host computer. That’s really the main reason why I want it to synchronize both ways, so I don’t have to be at the computer to create playlists and rate my songs. I could do it on the mp3 player, knowing that next time I sync it will update my library.
