Should I buy a new mp3 player right now?

I have a Creative Zen Micro (5 GB) and has been getting on my nerves for a couple of months. Has a problem with downloading music, the headphone jack is a bit messed up (beating, sometimes spoils the sound), and maintains that it is only responsible for about two days. I'm thinking about getting one iAUDIO X5 (20 GB) and found a nice for a good deal on eBay you can buy now. (no bidding) so … the sale is through 5 days, but I go on holiday for four days in 5 days. I bid on it before my vacation and snag the agreement or if you think most (I find today's agreement, been looking for a new one for a week) and find another after coming back? many thank you very much, Jocelyn
