How do i download movies onto my mp3 player?

I have a sony walkman 4 gb mp3 player, and i need to know how to download my favorite movies onto it. i need to download them from my computer, NOT a movie download site. Please help. best answer gets 10 points!

i have a the same mp3! you need a converter to convert the music/movies files to mp4, then what i do is open my computer- walkman- videos, and then open my documents and find the video files you want and drag them onto the videos folder on your walkman and then you’re done. im sorry its a little confusing but i hope you get it, merry christmas :]
