What is the best laptop for me?

I’m sure u want to know how I plan to use this new laptop:

-I plan on using the net a lot! (surfing, video streaming)
-Writing papers, excel, taxes etc…
-Downloading and uploading tons of music (classical music at that, so u know they’ll big files)
-I also want to be able to run music software like Finale or Sibelius(for compositions)
-I’m not a gamer, but I wonder if I’ll need a laptop that is good for that type of use? I have a digital recorder and it came with Cubase editing software. So, I’m not sure.
-I plan to burn CD’s
-a 14inch screen would be nice
-Would prefer a Mac, but I can’t afford one, lol!
