How I can download music videos to my MP3 player for Napster?

I recently became a member of Napster with my new player Sony MP3 Walkman. While downloading songs works, music videos, does not seem to want to download. Any ideas? Along with this question, how I download pictures from my computer to my MP3 player? Thanks!
